Start by making a list of common tasks and tracking how much time you spend on each task. You don’t have to go as far as using a time tracking app, pen and paper is fine.
Look at the areas where you or your employee’s don’t excel. Consider the fact that you could have these tasks done by someone more adept, who works out to be cheaper than hiring an employee or can work for less than the time it costs you to do the task yourself! You won’t have to worry about employees messing up or not understanding the task very well and most importantly you’ll be able to focus on what’s important!
